Capacity Building

In recent years, there has been a significant growth in the field of environmental, social, and governance (“ESG”). We aim to create new tools that promote worker voices and stewardship in relation to the ESG movement locally, regionally and globally.

In partnership with civil society groups and migrant worker communities, we use data sets from worker communities to develop new ESG tools to achieve better outcomes for migrant workers.

Our approach to source community data ensures that migrant workers are part of the global dialogue on ESG to secure decent work.
