ReAct stands for “Resilience in Action” – our vision is to achieve a world with fair and decent work for all.

About us

Established in 2021, ReAct is a Hong Kong-registered charity and sister organisation of The Remedy Project.

We are a Hong Kong-registered charity established in 2021. ReAct stands for “Resilience in Action”. Our vision is to achieve a world with fair and decent work for all. We disseminate knowledge and resources to frontline CSOs and migrant worker-led organisations in the ASEAN region to better equip them in advocating for their own interests.

Our mission

ReAct’s mission is to create worker led, community-based legal programmes for workers to secure their rights and support CSOs and worker groups in building capacity to pursue accountability and remedy, fostering a world of work based on dignity and respect.

We believe that for too long, others have sought to speak on behalf of migrant workers, and have denied migrant workers the autonomy and agency to represent themselves and their peers.

We believe that migrant workers are their own best advocates and can best represent their own interests, and those of their peers if they are equipped with the right opportunities and tools.
