We aim to achieve this through our mission of creating worker led, community-based legal programmes for workers to secure their rights, and co-create a world of work built on dignity and respect.

Our mission
ReAct’s mission is to create worker led, community-based legal programmes for workers to secure their rights and co-create a world of work built on dignity and respect.
We believe that for too long, others have sought to speak on behalf migrant workers, and have denied migrant workers the autonomy and agency to represent themselves and their peers.
We believe that migrant workers are their own best advocates and can best represent their own interests, and those of their peers if they are equipped with the right opportunities and tools.
